Welcome to the Beacon Theatre! The Historic
Beacon Theatre was built in 1928 and proudly served its community for
almost 50 years. Today Phase II has been restored and reopened with three
floors of event space available for rent. We hope to make your experience
at the Beacon a very memorable one!

We look forward to working closely with you to plan an event worthy of a

- All
floors are accessible by stairs or elevator.
- Two unisex bathrooms are located on every floor.
- All
rentals include the use of tables and chairs. Table
sizes are as follows: 48” round, 54” round,
60”
round, 72” round, and 72” rectangular. Beacon
Theatre, L.P. does not furnish tablecloths.
- All 3rd Floor rentals include the use of the 2nd
Floor as well.
- The 3rd Floor includes a prep area featuring large
counters, a refrigerator, and sink.
- All rentals reserve the space from 4 hours before
the event until 2 hours after. All events should
conclude by 11 p.m. unless special arrangements are made
at the signing of the contract.
- Two portable bars will facilitate the service of
beverages or mixed drinks.
- A
podium with on-board microphone and speaker for corporate
meetings or functions. (NOTE: The Beacon does not have
a PA system)

- Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- A $75
per hour fee for additional setup time.
- A $200 room
conversion fee is applied to wedding and reception
combinations.
- There is no damage/cleaning deposit,
however, if there is substantial damage to the
building
or if there is need for excessive cleaning, Beacon
Theatre, L.P. reserves the right to file a claim
through the insurer of your Certificate of Insurance
to regain the cost.
